Booking Confirmation
All Christmas party bookings are provisional until the required deposit has been received. Once payment has been received, your booking will be confirmed by email.

Deposit
A £10 per person deposit is required 60 days prior to your event date.

We can provide a secure payment link for the deposit. Our preferred option is for the group organiser to make one payment on behalf of the party; however, if required, we can provide individual payment links to allow members of the group to pay their own deposit.

Bookings not secured with a deposit by the due date may be released.

Pre-Orders
Completed menu pre-orders must be returned no later than 14 days before your event.

Please ensure any dietary requirements or allergies are included with your pre-order. We may be unable to guarantee menu choices received after the deadline.

Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days prior to the event.

A secure payment link can be provided for the final balance. Again, we prefer the group organiser to make one payment where possible, but individual payment links can be arranged if members of the group need to pay separately.

Any outstanding balance after the payment deadline may result in the booking being cancelled.

Payments, Amendments & Cancellations
All payments are non-refundable once received, including deposits and final balance payments.

We understand that group numbers can sometimes change. Where we are given sufficient notice, any amount already paid for a guest who can no longer attend may, at our discretion, be transferred to the remaining group balance or used towards drinks on the night.

Reductions in guest numbers or cancellations made within 24 hours of the event may be charged in full, and any amounts already paid will remain non-refundable.

Arrival Time
If you would like to enjoy drinks in our lounge or bar before dinner, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your dining time.

If you would prefer to go straight to your table, please arrive around 5 minutes before your booked time. This gives us time to get everyone comfortably seated and drinks served before dinner begins.

Group Bookings
For parties of 8 guests or more, an optional 10% service charge will be added to the final bill.

Unless otherwise agreed in advance, one bill will be presented to the group organiser for any additional food or drinks purchased on the day.

Dietary Requirements & Allergies
All dietary requirements and allergies must be communicated when submitting your pre-orders.

Whilst every effort is made to accommodate dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Menu & Pricing
Menu items may occasionally be subject to change due to supplier availability. Where a substitution is necessary, an appropriate alternative of equal or greater value will be provided.

Conduct
Management reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave where behaviour is considered unacceptable, disruptive or abusive towards our team or other guests.
